U9 – U12 Warm up: Sideline Handball
All 4 players handball the ball to each other within the square.
After handballing the player must run to touch the sideline with their foot before re-entering the square to receive another handball.
Players have up to 3 seconds and can only handball to a player who has run into their front 45 vision.
If a handball has not been made within 3 seconds the ball must be placed on the ground for another player to pick up.
