Terms and Conditions:

^8% discount available on selected Health Partners combined Hospital and Extras covers for current registered players of SANFL and it’s affiliated leagues, staff, coaches, umpires and their families. At least one current registered SANFL or affiliated league player, staff member, coach or umpire must be covered on the membership. Eligible covers include Gold Hospital Advantage, Silver Hospital Plus Lite or Silver Hospital Plus Advantage, combined with Better Extras or Best Extras. New members cannot have held Health Partners health cover as a policyholder in the last 12 months, and existing members cannot have received any promotional discount or offer in last 12 months to be eligible for this discount. On eligible cover types only. Not available in conjunction with any other corporate discounts. Premiums must be paid via direct debit on the first of each calendar month. This discount incorporates the 3% normally offered for paying via direct debit. Additional 5% discount will be applied once eligibility is validated by SANFL and provided to Health Partners. The 4 weeks free offer is available for new members on new memberships who join and start a combined Hospital and Extras cover (eligible cover types as detailed above) and who have not previously held Health Partners health cover as a policyholder. Weeks free offer does not apply to any Lifetime Health Cover loading component of a policy. The new member must quote the promo code SANFL at the time of joining and maintain eligible cover continuously for 60 days from the cover start date. If the policyholder changes to an ineligible cover during this period, 4 weeks free cover will not be issued. The policyholder’s membership must be financial to receive 4 weeks free. The 4 weeks free cover will be applied to the eligible cover within 30 paid days after completing 60 continuous days of paid membership to allow for data and processing time. The Offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The Offer excludes employees and Board Members of Health Partners. Not available in conjunction with any other offers. Meaning, you will receive the highest level of cover, even for hospital procedures and services that are listed as exclusions, if you require treatment as a result of an accident (as defined by us).
