South Adelaide’s Hugo Hoeck kicked the match-winning goal as his side earned a three-point U18 Torrens University Cup win against Central District at Flinders University Stadium.

Trailing by three points after Bulldogs goalsneak Isaiah Dudley kicked truly in the 23rd minute of the final term, the Panthers found a hero in Hoeck, who put his side back in front in the 26th minute.

South’s Arlo Draper starred for the hosts with 24 disposals and three goals while Cooper Rogers collected 21 touches to go with his major.

Central’s Ruben Carreno and Austin Poulton were its only players to surpass 20 possessions while Dudley had 19, six tackles and his final term goal.

Glenelg’s inaccurate kicking for goal didn’t prevent it from registering a comfortable 70-point win against Sturt at ACH Group Stadium.

Leading 3.11 to 3.4 at half-time, the Tigers finally got reward for effort on the scoreboard in the second half, booting 12.6 to the Double Blues’ 2.3.

Hugh Stagg had a positive influence on the contest for the Bays, finishing with 28 disposals and three goals while Bailey Durant and Jacob Owens each collected 24 possessions and a goal.

Sturt’s Felix Packer booted four of his team’s five goals while Brad Jefferies tried hard in the midfield to chalk up 27 disposals, seven marks and five clearances.

A rampant second-term blitz propelled Woodville-West Torrens to a massive 83-point victory against North Adelaide at Prospect Oval.

Leading by just five points at the first change, the Eagles clicked into gear during the next half-an-hour as they slammed on 7.4 while keeping the Roosters scoreless.

Lukas Cooke continued his hot form with four goals, matching Eagles teammate Will Pearce, while Matteas Phillipou found plenty of the ball to tally 36 disposals.

North’s Hugh Jackson was at the top of his team’s stats sheet with 37 possessions while Harvey Harrison and Zyton Santillo had 31 each.

West Adelaide powered away from Norwood in the final quarter to bank a hard-fought 14-point win at Hisense Stadium.

Trailing by one point at three-quarter time, the Bloods kicked 4.0 to the Redlegs’ 1.3 during the fourth term to secure the premiership points.

West’s Kobe Ryan produced a monster performance to finish with 28 disposals, six marks, nine tackles and six clearances while Micthell Hahn was efficient in booting four goals from five kicks.

Norwood’s Corey Jones-Bobridge was his team’s star with 25 possessions, six marks, eight clearances and four goals while Connor Kent lent solid support with 21 disposals.
