The attacking team move around the inside square handball the ball, attempting to create a gap to run with the football through the outer square to the outside, without being tackled.
If they successfully reach the outside they get 1 point and start again.
That scoring side then becomes out of bounds for the following play, leaving only 3 sides of the square to exit.
Coaches can choose to allow a tackle suitable to their age group.
