U9 – U12 Handball: Directional Handball

The attacking players attempt to handball from one end to the other as many times as possible in 2 minutes.
The attacking direction changes each time they successfully handball to the target player at one end.
The target player swaps roles with the player who handballs the ball to them.


  • Maintaining possession with handball, using game-like directional movement.
  • Moving to space and create a clear passing lane to receive.
