2021 Coach Developer Workshop – Observing Coaches and Providing Feedback

What
Helping coaches reflect on their performance in their own environment is the most beneficial form of development a coach can receive. This SANFL delivered workshop provides a framework for observing coaches at training and game day and providing feedback. This framework, along with tips from industry experts, will educate Coach Developers on how to best develop their coaches.
