Frank Marlow had a deep and lasting love for football, which was exemplified by his 41 years of service as an administrator.
Firstly with South Adelaide as secretary during the period of the club’s greatest success from 1894 until the adoption of the district law system continuing until he was appointed SANFL secretary in 1912.
Frank is chiefly remembered for his espousal to the cause of junior promotion.
