Vale David Wark Senior OAM

SANFL is mourning the passing of League Life Member David Wark Senior OAM.

A passionate advocate for the Sturt Football Club, David was the Double Blues’ President and SANFL League Director for 10 years from 1975.

He was awarded SANFL League Life Membership in 1985 and Sturt Football Club Life Membership in 1981.

In 2018, David was awarded an OAM in recognition of his tireless dedication and commitment as a volunteer and sports administrator across multiple decades.

SANFL extends its deepest sympathies to the Wark family as it honours his tremendous service to the game in South Australia.
