Round 3 SANFL Match Review Panel

Adelaide defender Darcy Fogarty has successfully challenged his charge for engaging in rough conduct with the Eagles’ Jack Hayes at Maughan Thiem Kia Oval on Saturday.

Pleading guilty to the charge of Rough Conduct, Fogarty argued that his conduct was careless and not intentional.

SANFL Tribunal Panel Chairman Ian White deemed that Fogarty’s conduct couldn’t be proved intentional beyond reasonable doubt, thus classifying it as careless.

Fogarty was handed a $200 fine and reprimand and he is available to play SANFL or AFL this weekend.
