Central District’s Ethan East has accepted a $125 fine and reprimand with an early guilty plea for striking West’s Kaiden Brand at Hisense Stadium on Saturday.

Round 14 Powerade Breakthrough Player

The Round 14 Powerade Breakthrough Player is Sturt’s Tom Emmett. Playing just his eighth League game, the 20-year-old was a key contributor in the Double Blues’ win against Adelaide.

Playing as a high half-forward, Emmett kicked three goals and had a goal assist together with his 14 disposals, five marks and five tackles.

Round 13 Torrens University Cup MVP

The Round 13 Torrens University Cup MVP is Sturt’s Nick Sadler.

The Torrens University SA U18 team leadership group member was a major influence in his team’s win against the Eagles on Saturday.

Playing through the midfield, Nick collected a game-high 35 disposals, six marks and six clearances to go with his two goals.

He also worked hard both ways to register two rebound 50s and six inside 50s.
