At least three changes will be made for the AAMI SA U18 Team when it hosts the Allies at Alberton Oval in Game 2 of the Marsh AFL National Championships on Sunday.
Coming off a narrow 12-point loss to Western Australia in Game 1, the Croweaters have included wingman Jack Leys, forward Josh Bell and defender Hugo Jaeschke in the 24-player line-up.
Bottom-age ball magnet Laurence Andriani is also a chance to don the cherished red guernsey after being named on the six-player extended interchange bench.
Richmond father-son prospect Leys has overcome a hamstring strain which kept him out of Game 1 while Bell and Jaeschke will also get their chance to perform their roles on the national stage.
Captained by dynamic midfielder Kodah Edwards and coached by Tony Bamford, the Croweaters will be looking to chalk up their first win of the carnival from 1.10pm SA time.
Already without joint vice-captain Dougie Cochrane (knee), South Australia is also missing tall midfielder Archie Van Dyk (lower back).
Following the contest against the Allies on Sunday, the Croweaters will finish with away clashes against Victoria Metro (Friday July 3) and Victoria Country (Wednesday July 8).
All matches in the 2026 Marsh U18 AFL National Championships will be live-streamed via the match centre on the AFL website and AFL Live Official App.
