The King’s Birthday long weekend will give footy fans plenty to cheer about with blockbuster footy rivalry and a festival feel at Hostplus SANFL League Round 9 matches.
Round 9 kicks off on Saturday 6 June, when Woodville-West Torrens host Central District at Maughan Thiem Kia Oval at 2:10pm, with North Adelaide tackling West Adelaide at Revo Fitness Oval at 2:10pm.
It’s a big day down south when South Adelaide come up against Adelaide at Magain Stadium from 2:10pm, with free entry for all patrons thanks to Magain Real Estate.
Elsewhere, Glenelg square off against Port Adelaide at 2:10pm in its Super Match presented by The Advertiser, along with it being Back to the Bay Day presented by Westpac.
The five matches in Round 9 will culminate in the SANFL Super Match between arch-rivals Sturt and top-of-the-ladder Norwood at Thomas Farms Oval, Unley on Monday June 8, with plenty happening off the field including the third instalment of the Kick n Sip Festival.
