South Australian footy fans are in for a treat this Easter long weekend, with a huge round of Hostplus SANFL League action set to launch on Thursday night.
Round 2 of the Hostplus SANFL League kicks off with a Thursday night clash between Woodville-West Torrens and Adelaide at Maughan Thiem Kia Oval from 7:40pm, with the Eagles winding back the clock by wearing heritage West Torrens and Woodville guernseys.
The action continues on Friday afternoon when Glenelg host Norwood at Stratarama Stadium at 2:10pm as part of the club’s 10k At the Bay promotion, giving Glenelg members the chance to win $10,000 as part of the Tigers’ 2026 The Advertiser Super Match.
West Adelaide will also aim to bank another early victory, this time against Central District at Richmond Oval from 2:10pm.
The Panthers continue their 150th year celebrations against old rivals Port Adelaide when they host their 2026 The Advertiser Super Match at Magain Stadium, with North Adelaide bringing back its popular Good Friday Festival at Revo Fitness Oval and Memorial Gardens, as the Roosters take on Sturt in a highly-anticipated clash from 2:30pm.
Woodville-West Torrens v Adelaide
Thursday 2 April | Maughan Thiem Kia Oval | 7:40pm
Round 2 kicks off on Thursday night when Woodville-West Torrens take on Adelaide at Maughan Thiem Kia Oval, the Eagles turning back time and donning heritage West Torrens and Woodville guernseys.
The club will also be auctioning off all 44 guernseys after the match (more details to follow).
Glenelg v Norwood
Friday 3 April | Stratarama Stadium | 2:10pm | Channel 7 and 7Plus
One of two SANFL Super Matches on for Round 2, Tigers and Redlegs fans are in for a huge day of footy at The Bay.
Fans will have the chance to win $10,000 as part of the Adrian Brien KIA Kick for Cash on Good Friday.
Footy goers need to register their attendance at the Good Friday clash via the Glenelg website before 5pm on Thursday here.
Three lucky participants will be chosen at random to kick for $10,000, aiming to get the footy into the Adrian Brien Kia wheelie bin.
West Adelaide v Central District
Friday 3 April | Richmond Oval | 2:10pm
It’s a quadruple header at Richmond Oval on Good Friday, with the AAMI Talent League Girls kicking things off at 9:40am, before the AAMI Talent League Boys get underway at 11:30am.
Off the back of a resounding Round 1 Hostplus SANFL League victory against Adelaide, the Bloods will be looking to back it up against Central District this Friday in the marquee slot.
The Reserves will round things out from 5pm.

South Adelaide v Port Adelaide
Friday 3 April | Magain Stadium | 2:10pm
South Adelaide will continue its 150-year celebrations on Good Friday, as the Panthers come up against Port Adelaide at Magain Stadium.
For those keen to catch some SANFLW action before the season kicks off on Saturday, 18 April, South Adelaide will host Woodville-West Torrens in a trial match from 11:40am.
The Panthers will then take on old rivals Port Adelaide from 2:10pm, with plenty happening off field as well, with a special visit from the Easter Bunny, the Old MacDonald Farm Petting Zoo, and jumping castle as part of South’s 2026 The Advertiser Super Match.
North Adelaide v Sturt
Friday 3 April | Revo Fitness Oval | 2:30pm | 1629 SEN SA and SEN App
Those heading to Revo Fitness Oval for a North Adelaide v Sturt triple header on Good Friday, will have a jam-packed day of festivities to look forward to, including an Easter egg hunt and free kids’ activities – and the Good Friday Festival at Prospect Memorial Gardens from 10am.
Fans are in for a big day of footy at Prospect, with the Hostplus SANFLW trial match action kicking off at 9:45am, the Reserves at 11:50am and League at 2:30pm, with prized recruit James Battersby coming up against his old club.
Elsewhere, the free Good Friday Festival will be held at the Prospect Memorial Gardens, opposite Revo Fitness Oval, from 10am to 5pm, with a big screen to catch every moment of footy.
