SANFLW SAPN Energised Rounds begin this weekend

Round 3 of the Hostplus SANFLW League marks the exciting start of the SAPN Energised Rounds at, with all four SANFLW matches at Coopers Stadium this Saturday. 

Kicking off at 10:30am and rolling right through to the early evening, is Central District vs Woodville-West Torrens, North Adelaide vs South Adelaide, West Adelaide vs Sturt, and Norwood vs Glenelg, all on the one ground, all for just $10 entry.

The SAPN Energised Rounds have been designed to bring a festival-style feel to SANFLW, with six rounds across the season hosting full-day fixtures designed to celebrate SANFLW, the players, and the growth of women’s football.

Those heading to The Parade can expect an action-packed day, including 23rd Street bean bags and umbrellas transforming the Aish Hill into the ultimate footy hang-out zone.

A Fresh 92.7 DJ will be on site to keep the energy high, alongside opportunities to win a SANFLW Grand Final prize package, ‘Energised Goal’ moments featuring SANFLW ticket giveaways, and an Energised Zone loaded with fun activities including team face paints, colouring wall and make your own fan banners.

The Parade will have food and beverage offerings cater to every taste – from coffee, cocktail slushies, wine tastings and beer flights for adults, to Marcellina pizzas, plus the usual canteen and bar favourites.

Each Energised Round will have its own style, with host clubs bringing music, entertainment and family-friendly activations to create a day-long festival-style experience alongside the fantastic footy. While Coopers Stadium sets the tone in Round 3, more of these match days are locked in across the season at venues including X Convenience Oval (Saturday, May 9 at Elizabeth), Thomas Farms Oval (Saturday, May 30 at Unley), Revo Fitness Oval (Saturday, June 20 at Prospect), Stratarama Stadium (Saturday, July 4 at Glenelg) and Richmond Oval (Saturday, July 25 at Richmond).

Energised Rounds transform a regular round of SANFLW into one massive day of footy. That means four matches back-to-back, one location, and a full day of non-stop action—giving fans the chance to experience every team, every moment, and every highlight in one place.

It’s all the games, all the energy. From the first bounce to the final siren, Energised Rounds deliver an electric atmosphere, bringing the SANFLW community together for a festival of footy that’s bigger, louder, and more connected than ever.
