U8 Handball: Gates

Pairs find a free ‘gate’ and handball 3 times through the gate before running to find a different free gate.
Only 1 pair can be at a gate at any time.
Pairs aim to get as many handballs as they can within 2minutes.

  • Identifying and moving to space
  • Teamwork while handballing
