Previous participant testimonials

  • The Developing Leaders course was a fantastic program. It really opens your eyes to the inner working of clubs and their people and how to get the best out of everyone.
  •  The program allows you to look outside your own club and learn and understand where and how you can improve in a supportive and constructive manner. Engaging with others with common challenges allows for growth and a different perspective.
  •  Great to have the opportunity to share ideas and thoughts with a group of likeminded people, whose passion and willingness to volunteer helps inspire others.
  •  I found the program excellent in that it introduced resources, new ideas, new ways of thinking by using experts and the interaction of the participants. There was a certain camaraderie between participants as we shared successes, challenges and ideas each with the aim to improve their club.

The 2019 program will be conducted over three sessions.
