Patrick’s footy banner design a winner

National Pharmacies SANFL Juniors player Patrick Nikoloff and his teammates felt like future SANFL stars at Adelaide Oval on SANFL Grand Final Day.

Patrick, an under-8s Broadview Football Club player, lived the dream of running through his own footy banner with all his teammates after being named winner of the National Pharmacies SANFL Juniors competition to create a banner design.

After Patrick’s design was judged the winner, it was transformed into a life-size banner as part of the on-field festivities of the 2022 Hostplus SANFL League Grand Final Day on Sunday.

His design read: “C’mon let’s win this game and have some fun. Let’s show them all we’re number ONE”.

While his mighty North Adelaide Roosters didn’t quite get over the line to win the Premiership, it was a thrilling day for Patrick and his Broadview Tigers teammates.

In addition to the excitement of being a part of Grand Final day, Patrick’s entire team have won a range of prizes, including membership packs for the SANFL Club they support.
