SANFL, in a united decision with the AFL and all other State Leagues, has made the decision to postpone the 2020 Football Season.
Stanley H. Lewis was Chairman of the South Australian National Football League from 1950 to 1961.
To perpetuate the memory of the late Lewis, the League introduced the Stanley H. Lewis Memorial Trophy in 1962. The trophy is awarded to the best performed club across three grades of the competition – League, Reserves and Under 18. Points are allocated on the following basis:

Before the 2009 season the Stanley H. Lewis Trophy was awarded across four grades Leage (100 points), Reserves (50 points), Under 19 (30 points) and U17 (20 points)
