  • Moving to space and create a clear passing lane to receive.

Cross the River

Focus

  • Drawing a defender before handballing.
  • Receiver remaining in a good position to receive (not running past the contest).

Directional Handball

The attacking players attempt to handball from one end to the other as many times as possible in 2 minutes.
The attacking direction changes each time they successfully handball to the target player at one end.
The target player swaps roles with the player who handballs the ball to them.
