Brett James

Brett James is one of the very few players who can boast about winning two premierships in the same season.Brett James

A member of the Crows inaugural AFL premiership side in 97, Brett then helped Norwood win the SANFL flag the next weekend. He went on to collect another title with the Crows the following year.

A stalwart of the Norwood side for four seasons, Brett was drafted to Collingwood in 1994 where he played for three years. Returning to Adelaide in 97, Brett played on for another ten seasons with both the Crows and Redlegs.

Retiring in 2006, Brett amassed 234 games with Norwood, 42 for Collingwood and another 76 for the Crows.

He played three times for South Australia, captaining his state for two of those matches, and played a further two State of Origin games.
