The Level 2 coaching certificate is a tailored course for the coach with an aptitude and genuine interest in improving their coaching skills. The course is conducted through practical, hands-on involvement of participants focusing on preparing a coach to plan, prepare, conduct, review and adapt a year-long program of coaching.
The Level 2 course is aimed at coaches who have had experience in coaching at Under 18 or above.
The program will extend the key issues involving the role of the coach discussed in the L1 Coaching Course, eg philosophy, communication and planning, skill development (personal and game), fitness, and assessment, and allow for coaches to network.
