    The South Australian National Football League offers opportunities for tertiary students to broaden their experience base by becoming involved with Junior Development programs. 

    Through the SANFL Game Development department various opportunities exist for students to apply knowledge and concepts covered within their studies in practical industry situations. 

    Students have previously gained valuable experience in the areas below; 

    • Program coordination
    • Event management
    • Resource development
    • Venue management
    • Competition management
    • IT support and website development

    The vast array of programs facilitated by SANFL Game Development department provide opportunities for boys and girls from five years of age onwards to develop the skills used in Australian Rules football. In addition, specific talent identification and development programs exist to provide pathways for the talented player to progress to elite levels of the sport. 

    SANFL programs have previously provided valuable industry experience for students in the areas of Sport and Recreation Management, Human Movement, Education studies and various other areas.
